OUR STORY
We’ve spent careers at institutions that were at the centre of that transformation — in every corner of public markets, we watched technology eliminate friction and accelerate decisions.
Private markets have not had that transformation. LPs are still doing the most analytically demanding work in finance with the least sophisticated tools available. The contrast is stark and the opportunity was obvious. TomNext is what we built in response.

ADVISORS
James leads Google Cloud’s Web3 and Digital Assets business. Previously, he specialised in AI at Google’s CTO Office and held leadership roles at Citi. He’s an ex-fintech founder and holds a DPhil in AI and computational neuroscience from the University of Oxford.
Deputy Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Risk Management at Thomas J. Herzfeld Advisors, Inc. Previously, he spent 10+ years leading ODD reviews for major European banks and developing due diligence and compliance software solutions.
